What we collect

When you request an audit, quote or future audit round, we collect the business and contact details you submit, your answers or message, and the public links you provide. We use limited technical information to protect the forms from abuse.

Why we use it

We use this information to review your requested audit or project, contact you about it, manage weekly audit capacity, and protect the website. We do not add you to a marketing newsletter through these forms.

Public information

A Digital Presence Audit also involves looking at information your business has already made public, such as a website, search listing or social profile. We do not ask for passwords or change your accounts as part of the free audit.

Service providers and storage

Our website hosting and database provider stores form submissions. An email delivery provider sends request notifications and acknowledgements. These providers may process data outside Singapore under their own service arrangements. We limit access to people who need it to handle your request.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed for the request, a related business relationship, or applicable legal and business purposes, then remove it when no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask about your personal information, request correction or withdraw consent for future contact. Use our contact page and mark your message “Privacy request”. We will respond through the contact details you provide.

Updates

We may update this notice as our services and providers change. The version shown here applies when you submit a request.
