Service terms
These are the working principles behind our published offers. A project proposal or service agreement will set out the final scope, timing and terms before paid work begins.
Free audit
The complimentary Digital Presence Audit is a high-level review of public information. It requires no passwords or account access and includes no changes to your business. Our observations are based on what is visible at the time of review; they are not a guarantee of search placement, AI recommendations or business results.
Project scope
We agree deliverables in writing before starting paid work. Package components are selected according to the business need and defined project scope. Work not listed in the agreed scope will be separately quoted.
Payment
Paid projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before final handover or go-live, as specified in the project agreement.
Revisions
One consolidated revision round is included. Additional rounds, late changes after approval or requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
What is outside standard packages
Photography, videography, ongoing social-media posting or management, and unlimited revisions are not included unless agreed and quoted separately. A website package may connect to an existing booking tool; it does not include building custom booking software.
Ownership and access
We will clarify accounts, access, assets and handover in each project agreement. You remain responsible for providing content and permissions for materials you ask us to use.
